City of Marion: Youth Grants - Opening 12 May 2017  south

The Youth Development team is excited to announce the 2017/18 Youth Development Grants open this Friday 12 May at  9am. They will be holding an information session on Monday the 15 May at 7pm at the Council Chambers. This is an opportunity to discuss your application and go through the guidelines and criteria.

20 October - West Lakes - 2:00pm to 5:00pm
17 November - Morphett Vale - 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Clients will need to complete a current Medical History Form and a Patient Expectation Letter will need to be to provided to them. Ensure that clients complete all areas of the form to ensure accurate triaging for appointments. Please note on the medical history form which location is best suited for your client to access. Unfortunately, there is currently minimal opportunities for appointments in southern regions at this stage untill November, if your client is unable to travel please advise this.
