Vinita Godinho from Good Shepherd Microfinance presented the findings of their 'Pathways to Resilience' research which measured the impact of financial conversations on the financial capability of NILS applicants. An interview with Vinita  and her presentation slides are available on the National Financial Literacy website.

The next Community of Practice is on Friday 28 July 2017 where we will hear from Craig Davidson, from the Department of Human Services, who will speak about the important work of the Financial Information Service and how they are seeking ways to assist the changing needs of customers and adapt to the financial environment of the future.
