Creators of Peace (South Australia) is supporting the initiative of South Sudanese friends in Adelaide to take two containers of food and equipment to South Sudalater in the year by holding a fundraising film show 'The Baulkham Hills African Ladies Troupe' at The CAPRI, Goodwood Road, on Monday May 29th at 7.30pm.
Last year the same local South Sudanese friends were able to take containers with food and clothing plus150 wheel chairs, hospital beds and books to an area where 5 tribes have been in conflict. They came together in peace to share equally in these donated gifts from South Austalia. As well as goods of all sorts, at least $35000 is needed to get the containers through Kenya and Uganda into South Sudan. We will hear more detail on the night, it promises to be a fascinating evening.
