Healthy Eating Workshops 2015

UCWB's MyFuture Mental Health Services, along with SA Community Foodies bare offering clients the opportunity to join our healthy eating workshops. Topics will include edible gardens, healhty eating on a budget, cooking with blokes and more! View complete schedule of topics here.

UCWB clients are invited to attend any of these programs to learn how to increase their healthy eating habits. Each program is a 2-3 hour workshop per week for four weeks. Participants learn simple and easy ways to eat more fruit, vegetables and whole foods in a fun hands-on environment.

UCWB supports more than 15,000 carers who are often 'on-call' 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Studies show that their caring roles can significantly affect their physical and mental health, that they are usually unpaid and sadly, unacknowledged by the community. Our Not Another Charity Event is unlike any other in Adelaide - it celebrates the tireless work of our carers while turning the table on some of South Australia's leading professionals who are asked to wait tables, pour drinks and pamper our guests!
