The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is an entry level home help program for older people who need some help with daily tasks to live independently at home.
CHSP services have a re-ablement focus and are designed to increase and maintain independence. For example, a spring clean could assist people to get on top of things, or perhaps they just need help with a few tasks they no longer feel confident with.
In addition to these physical supports, UCWB also recognises the significance of social connections for general wellbeing. We can link individuals to activities and other appropriate services in the community.
