Jeanie joined the UCWB Board in July 2025.

Her background is in construction law and she was a founding partner of the Adelaide specialist construction law firm, Fenwick Elliott Grace, established in 2006. Jeanie also has extensive experience as a board and committee member with a number of construction industry bodies and in the not-for-profit disability housing sector. She is graduate of the AICD.

As a provider of legal support to the construction industry for over 3 decades, Jeanie developed a deep understanding of the risks and pressures facing the construction industry and the impact on building procurement. Jeanie’s years as a small business owner means that she also brings to the Board an appreciation of the importance of resilience, determination, flexibility and the strength of a unified team.

Jeanie strongly believes in equality of rights and access to opportunities and that strong and caring support systems are critical to achieving these outcomes. She is excited to apply her skills and experience to contribute to the important work of UCWB.
