Strong Families, Strong Communities

What is the Strong Families, Strong Communities Program?

The Strong Families, Strong Communities program is a voluntary, strengths-focused outreach service that partners with families to support their journey toward safety, wellbeing, and resilience.

Our family practitioners provide caring, culturally respectful support through home visits, therapeutic case management, and connections to services and community activities.

We listen to what matters most to you and work together to build on your family’s strengths, culture, and existing resources. Through early intervention and tailored guidance, we aim to empower families to navigate challenges, reduce stress, and create strong, safe, and supportive environments for their children.

We use a family-focused approach and warmly encourage children to be involved.

This Program Can Help You:
