Lisa brings a strong background of senior leadership experience across disability, mental health, allied health and community services. She has a strong focus on leading service growth, workforce development, quality improvement and organisational transformation within both not-for-profit and commercial settings.

Lisa is passionate about person-centred, recovery-oriented services and brings extensive professional experience along with lived experience of neurodiversity and supporting family members with significant psychosocial disability. She is excited to be working with the UCWB team and community to continue building high-quality, sustainable services that create meaningful community impact.

Lisa holds an MBA from the University of South Australia (now Adelaide Uni) and is a graduate of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation program.
