Financial Health Services

StepUp loans

Interest free loans between $800 and $3000 for people on low incomes. There are no fees and you can take up to three years to pay back. your loan. StepUp loans can be used for items such as secondhand cars, medical fees, furniture etc.

No Interest Loans Scheme

Interest free loans of up to $1,500 for people on Centrelink incomes. There are no fees and you can have up to one year to pay back your loan. Can be used for furniture, white goods, car repairs etc.

Money Mentors

Help to plan a household budget, negotiate payment plans on bills, gain access to concessions, conduct a financial health check and gain access to the No Interest Loan Scheme. Available weekdays between 10am and 2.30pm at 77 Gibson Street, Bowden. No appointment necessary.
