Care Finder

What is Care Finder?

The Care Finder program helps older people who don’t have family or friends to support them in accessing the care they need.

If you’re unsure about which program or services to use, or where to start, Care Finder is designed to guide you.

It provides one-on-one support to help eligible older people understand, navigate, and access aged care and other community services available to them.
