We can assist older people to find or maintain affordable housing, and access the services they need to live at home independently.

Who the service is for

People aged 65 years, or over, who are on a low income and are homeless or at risk of homelessness; or are aged 50 years and over whose life has been impacted by active military service or substance abuse.

Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 years, or over, who are on a low income and are homeless or at risk of homelessness; or aged 45 and over whose life has been impacted by active military service or substance abuse.

This service is provided to people living in Adelaide’s north, west and south metropolitan areas.

How to access the service

Contact our Customer Relationship Team on 8245 7196 for assistance to access the service and support to apply for funding through My Aged Care.

If your housing need is urgent, please contact our Homelessness Team on 8296 6455. There is no cost to access our Homelessness Service.
