Child and Family Mental Health Program

The Child and Family Mental Health Program is a free service that assists children and young people (aged up to 18 years) at risk of developing mental health issues and their families.

Family Support Program

The Family Support Program is a free service that assists families with children from birth to 18 years. It aims to strengthen family relationships, increase the resiliency and coping skills of parents/carers and children as well as assist families to support their child.

Women’s circle of diversity

A diverse group of women who meet weekly as friends to support each other while learning how to navigate Australian systems and settle into the community. Weekly guest speakers on different topics.

Circle of security parenting for fathers

An eight-week program that assists men to build stronger and more secure relationships with their children.

Sunday fun for dads and kids

Join us on the first Sunday of each month for fun and adventure in an environment suited to men and their children.

Active 8

Active8 is for young people in Years 6 to 9 who are identified as being at risk of developing mental health concerns by school counsellors and/or teachers.

Providing easy-to-use techniques to teach to parents and carers skills to enlist adolescents to manage their own behavioural problems and emotional reactions.

Using the pleasure and power of rhymes, songs and stories, Parent-Child Mother Goose strengthens attachment and interaction between parents or carers and their young children

Unplugged – Internet Gaming Workshops

A workshop to help parents learn how to identify problematic gaming and develop practical strategies to support healthier gaming and internet use. Offered free to parents and schools.

What’s the Buzz?

A social skills enrichment program encouraging children to think about how to get along with others.

For parents or carers of young people (8 to 18) who are beyond control, violent or defiant.
