Mark has a strong background in human services environments. He has held senior leadership roles across NDIS, aged care, housing, homelessness, financial assistance, and community health services.
Before joining UCWB, Mark was the Assistant Director, Disability Services in SA government. He was responsible for leading supported independent living services to 500 customers and a team of 1,400 staff across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
In addition to service delivery, Mark has led reforms to contemporise the state’s homelessness sector and played a key role in establishing the Adelaide Zero Project, an initiative to have net zero people sleeping rough within the inner city.
Mark holds a Graduate Certificate in Ageing and Disability, and a Bachelor of Management.
