ConnectEd – Utilities Literacy
We can help you understand your utility bills, identify opportunities to use less and save, look for better deals, and talk with utilities companies to get a better, fairer outcome.
We provide essential items to people in Western Adelaide experiencing financial distress including food relief, bill payment, and referrals to support services.
Our team can conduct a free financial health check and get help to plan a household budget, negotiate bill payment plans and gain access to concessions.
Our free financial counselling service, with qualified, independent and compassionate financial counsellors, can guide you through your financial options and help you plan your way out of debt.
No interest loans
We can assist you to access no interest loans of up to $1,500 for essential goods and services such as whitegoods, car repairs and medical procedures.
Please note – we no longer provide this service. If you are an existing StepUP client and require assistance with your loan, please call NAB directly on 1800 701 599.
Our Tax Help volunteers are trained and accredited by the Australian Tax Office and can help people on low incomes to manage their tax obligations.
