What we offer
Delivered in partnership with Relationships Australia SA and KWY, the Walking Together Intensive Family Support Service aims to prevent the separation of children from their primary caregivers due to child protection concerns.
UCWB deliver this service in partnership with Relationships Australia SA and KWY across the City of Charles Sturt, the City of Port Adelaide Enfield and the City of West Torrens.
Accessing the program
The service is for families with children birth to 18 who have been identified through the child protection process and referred by the Department of Human Services. We cannot accept outside referrals.
