David was appointed to the UCWB Board in 2023, and is a member of UCWB’s Finance, Risk and Audit Committee.
David is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors, and former Chief Financial Officer at Homestart Finance. He has held Chief Financial Officer positions over many years with organisations operating in both the For Profit (Public and Private) and Not For Profit sectors, operating both nationally and internationally. He also brings many years of experience in implementing and managing large and complex IT systems domestically and internationally as well as substantial Merger and Acquisition and integration experience with resultant change management.
David has a passion for supporting people in need through a number of charitable organisations across South Australia, particularly in aged care and mental health.
