Helen was appointed to the UCWB Board in 2023, and is a member of UCWB’s Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
Helen has been a strategic leader and psychologist for over 30 years, She has been a strategic and collaborative leader of teams, and a well seasoned and energetic leader specialising in change management and has worked in various senior and general management roles within industries such as FMCG, mining, professional services, utilities, tertiary education, oil and gas, financial services, and manufacturing. Helen’s specialty skill set is in organisational redesign, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, including high potential development in alignment with corporate objectives.
Helen holds the following qualifications: PhD (Bus & Mgt), BA (Hons) Psych, Grad Dip Psych Prac., EMBA, MAPS, MAICD.
