Michelle was appointed to the UCWB Board in 2023, and is a member of UCWB’s Finance, Risk and Audit Committee, and UCWB’s Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
Michelle has had a career dedicated to the growth and development of people and organisations. She has extensive business experience as a Non-Executive Director in NFP organisations (Aged Rights Advocacy Services Board, SACE Board, UniSA Business Advisory Board and as a UniSA Executive Partner Mentor). Her consultancy work focuses on leadership and management, career transition, coaching, training and development, facilitation and education.
A committed South Australian, Michelle is highly motivated to assist the quality of lives of others (professional or personal) and contribute to a flourishing economy and society through excellence in all tiers of professional and community services, business practice, and provision of quality services that add positive value to others.
Michelle is a Graduate AICD and a Life Member GLF, and holds qualifications in a MBA, B.Ed, Cert IV T&A.
